Restorative Education

Restorative Leadership training provides the foundation for those in leadership positions to use components of restorative practices that promotes effective leadership, staff circles, fair process, and conflict resolution.   Leading in times of change and reform will be discussed through a restorative framework with leaders exploring how to best model and provide direction and expectations to meet the productivity, performance and employee satisfaction needs of the entire work community.  Training as a Restorative Leader includes examining the framework of restorative practices, engaging in deep learning around building connections, restorative approaches to problem-solving, alternative solutions for addressing workplace conflict.
