Restorative Education

The advanced level training requires the pre-requisites of Level 1 and 2 and introduces Restorative conferences.  Conducting formal conferences requires deep learning and practice in assessment, pre-conferencing, preparing for the conference, facilitating multiple participants, building consensus around agreements, and planning for next steps.  Participants learn advanced skills in problem-solving and considerations for facilitating circles in special circumstances.
